Motion No. 1 — March 21, 2013 — Ms. May (Saanich—Gulf Islands), seconded by Mr. Hyer (Thunder Bay—Superior North), — That Bill C-15, in Clause 4, be amended by replacing lines 11 to 13 on page 4 with the following:	Motion n^o 1 — 21 mars 2013 — M^me May (Saanich—Gulf Islands), appuyée par M. Hyer (Thunder Bay—Superior-Nord), — Que le projet de loi C-15, à l'article 4, soit modifié par substitution, aux lignes 12 à 14, page 4, de ce qui suit :
“(3) The Vice Chief of the Defence Staff may, with the consent of the Provost Marshal and in accordance with the respective roles, responsibilities and principles set out in the Accountability Framework signed by the Vice Chief of the Defence Staff and the Provost Marshal on March 2, 1998, issue instructions or guidelines in writing in respect of a particular investigation, providing that the rationale for issuing the instructions or guidelines is also stated.”	« peut aussi, avec le consentement du grand prévôt et conformément aux rôles, responsabilités et principes énoncés dans le Cadre de reddition des comptes du 2 mars 1998 signé par le vice-chef d'état-major de la défense et le grand prévôt, établir, par écrit, des lignes directrices ou donner des instructions à l’égard d’une enquête en particulier, à la condition d'en préciser les motifs. »
