The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That in relation to the Committee's travel in October 2016, the Chair will not accept any substantive motions while the Committee is traveling.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Thursday, June 9, 2016, the Committee commenced consideration of Bill C-226, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (offences in relation to conveyances) and the Criminal Records Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.

It was agreed, — That pursuant to Standing Order 97.1, the Committee request an extension of thirty sitting days to consider Bill C-226, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (offences in relation to conveyances) and the Criminal Records Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, and that the Chair present this request to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of Operational Stress Injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Public Safety Officers and First Responders.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Healthy Minds, Safe Communities: Supporting our Public Safety Officers through a National Strategy for Occupational Stress Injuries".

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:38 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.
