| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, November 30, 2022, your committee has considered Bill C-288, An Act to amend the Telecommunications Act (transparent and accurate broadband services information), and agreed on Monday, March 27, 2023, to report it with the following amendment: Clause 1 That Bill C-288, in Clause 1, be amended by adding after line 25 on page 2 the following: “(g) the measures that are to be taken, including in respect of compliance monitoring and enforcement, to ensure that the fixed broadband services provided by Canadian carriers reflect the information made available under subsection (2).” |
