Introduction of Government Bills

Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Fast (Minister of International Trade) for Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice), seconded by Mr. Paradis (Minister of Industry and Minister of State (Agriculture)), Bill C-54, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the National Defence Act (mental disorder), was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.
