The Subcommittee on International Human Rights of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development met at 1:06 p.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Scott Reid, presiding.
Acting Members present: Dave Van Kesteren for Nina Grewal.
Other Members present: Bruce Stanton.
In attendance: Library of Parliament: Melissa Radford, Analyst.
Witnesses: Canadian Friends of Burma: Tin Maung Htoo, Executive Director.
|Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, the Subcommittee resumed its study of the human rights situation in Burma.|
