The Committee traveled to the Vancouver International Airport on April 3 and 4, 2008, within the context of its Taser study.

It met with Officials from the Canada Border Services Agency, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Vancouver International Airport Authority.

It heard from a panel of expert witnesses composed of:

• Christine Alison Hall, Emergency Department Physician
• John C. Butt, Consultant, Pathfinder Forum,
• Murray Mollard, Executive Director of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association
