| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee has considered matters related to the Northern cod raised in the Fourth Report of the Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans during the 1st Session of the 38th Parliament, entitled Northern Cod: A Failure of Canadian Fisheries Management. The Committee has adopted that report, which is appended, as its report in the current session | Conformément à l’alinéa 108(2) le Comité a étudié des questions touchant la morue du Nord dans le quatrième rapport du Comité permanent des pêches et des océans lors de la 1re session de la 38e législature, rapport intitulé La morue du Nord : un échec de la gestion canadienne des pêches.
