Monday, May 9, 2005

The Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Legislative Committee on Bill C-38 met in camera at 3:35 p.m. this day, in Room 208 West Block, the Chair, Marcel Proulx, presiding.

Members of the Subcommittee present: Paul Harold Macklin, Richard Marceau, Marcel Proulx, Bill Siksay and Vic Toews.

Other Members present: Mark Warawa.

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Mary Hurley, Analyst.

The Subcommittee proceeded to the onsideration of matters related to Committee business.
