| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 18, 2005, your Committee has considered Bill C-63, An Act to amend An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act and the Income Tax Act, and agreed on Thursday, November 17, 2005, to report it with the following amendment: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 18 octobre 2005, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-63, Loi modifiant la Loi modifiant la Loi électorale du Canada et la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu, et a convenu le jeudi 17 novembre 2005, d’en faire rapport avec l'amendement suivant : |

| That Bill C-63, in Clause 1, be amended by replacing lines 9 to 13 on page 1 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-63, à l'article 1, soit modifié par substitution, aux lignes 9 à 15, page 1, de ce qui suit : |
“force of this section, the committees of the Senate and of the House of Commons that normally consider electoral matters shall undertake a comprehensive review of the amendments made by this Act and submit a report to its House” | « en vigueur du présent article, le comité du Sénat et le comité de la Chambre des communes habituellement chargés des questions électorales examinent à fond des modifications apportées par la présente loi et déposent devant leur chambre respective un rapport où sont consignées leurs recommandations. » |
