| Pursuant to its mandate under Standing Order 108(3)(a)(iii), the Committee has considered a change to the Standing Orders. | Conformément au mandat que lui confère le sous-alinéa 108(3)a)(iii) du Règlement, le Comité a examiné une modification au Règlement. |
| The Committee recommends that Standing Order 81(10) be amended by adding the following: | Le Comité recommande que l'article 81(10) du Règlement soit modifié par adjonction de l'alinéa suivant : |
| (d) For the Supply period ending no later than June 23, 2005, if the government has not designated any of the remaining six allotted days so that an opposition motion can be considered on or before May 18, 2005, that May 19, 2005 shall be so designated, and if a recorded division is demanded on May 19, 2005, the vote shall not be deferred beyond the ordinary hour of daily adjournment on that day. | d) Au cours de la période de subsides se terminant le 23 juin 2005, si le gouvernement ne désigne aucun des six jours restants de manière à permettre qu'une motion de l'opposition soit mise à l'étude au plus tard le 18 mai 2005, que le 19 mai 2005 soit désigné jour réservé aux travaux des subsides, et si un vote par appel nominal est demandé le 19 mai 2005, le vote ne soit pas différé plus tard qu'à l'heure ordinaire de l'ajournement quotidien le jour même. |
| The Committee further recommends that on May 30, 2005, this new section (d) of Standing Order 81(10) shall lapse and be withdrawn. | Le Comité recommande de plus que le 30 mai 2005, le nouvel alinéa 81(10)d) du Règlement soit périmé et retiré. |
