The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met at 9:05 a.m. this day, in the Common Room, Dartmouth Sportsplex Community Association, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the Chair, Andrew Telegdi, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Hon. Andrew Telegdi.

 

Acting Members present: Alexa McDonough for Bill Siksay .

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Benjamin Dolin, Analyst.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, the Committee resumed its study on Citizenship Issues.

Panel II. Foreign Credentials

 

Ather Akbari and Swarna Weerasinghe made statements and, with Marjorie Stone, answered questions.

 
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, the Committee resumed its study of Family Reunification Issues.
