The Standing Committee on Finance met at 8:33 a.m. this day, in the Provencher Room, Fort Garry Hotel, Winnipeg, Manitoba, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Sue Barnes, Roy Cullen and Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

 

Acting Members present: John Harvard for Sophia Leung and Raymond Simard for Sophia Leung.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations.

 

PANEL I: Stuart Briese, Ed Allinott, Verne McComas and Roland Stankevicius made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

 

At 9:47 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:02 a.m., the sitting resumed.
