The Standing Committee on Finance met at 1:31 p.m. this day, in the Conference B & C Room, Sheraton Centre Hotel, Toronto, Ontario, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations.

Panel I : Mary Webb, Jennifer Ramsay, Micheal Shapcott, Charles Milne, Laura Urtrowski, Howard Thompson, Deborah Windsor, Barry Grills, John Minister, Carmen Rivet and Neil Foster made a statement and answered questions.

At 3:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:09 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Panel II: Nils Kravis, Ron Bonnett, Gerry Thompson and Don Marsales made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 4:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
