The
Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights met at 11:42 a.m. this day, in
Room 371, West Block, the Chair, Andy Scott, presiding.
Members of the Committee

Pursuant to its Order of
Reference of Tuesday, October 16, 2001, the Committee resumed consideration of
Bill C-217, An Act to provide for the taking of samples of blood for the
benefit of persons administering and enforcing the law and good Samaritans and
to amend the Criminal Code (See Minutes of Proceedings, Wednesday, December
12, 2001, Meeting No. 57).
The witnesses made
statements and answered questions.
At 1:18 p.m., the Committee
adjourned to the call of the Chair.
