The Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology met in camera at 9:15 a.m. this day, in Room 536, Wellington Building, the Chair, Walt Lastewka, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Larry Bagnell, Stéphane Bergeron, Walt Lastewka, Serge Marcil, Dan McTeague, Charlie Penson, James Rajotte, Andy Savoy, Brent St. Denis and Paddy Torsney.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Dan Shaw and Geoffrey P. Kieley, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of a draft report of the Competition Law and Policy (See Minutes of Proceedings, Tuesday, December 4th, 2001, Meeting No. 59).
At 11:55 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
