Pursuant to its mandate under Standing Order 108(3)(a) (iii), the Committee recommends :
That Standing Order 107 be amended by replacing paragraph (5) with the following:
“(5) The Vice-Chairs of each standing committee and the Members of the House from each standing joint committee who are Vice-chairs of the said joint committee shall be associate members of the Liaison Committee, provided that the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs may also prepare lists of other associate members of the Liaison Committee”.

Conformément à son mandat aux termes du sous-alinéa 108(3)a)(iii), le Comité recommande :
Que l’article 107 du Règlement soit modifié en remplaçant le paragraphe 5 par ce qui suit :
« (5) Le vice-président de chaque comité permanent et le député membre de chaque comité mixte permanent qui est vice-président dudit comité mixte permanent, sont des membres associés du Comité de liaison. Le Comité permanent de la procédure et des affaires de la Chambre peut toutefois dresser des listes d’autres membres associés du Comité de liaison. »
