The Sub-Committee on the Status of Persons with Disabilities of the Standing Committee on Human Resources Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities met at 3:40 p.m. this day, in Room 536, Wellington Building, the Chair, Carolyn Bennett, presiding.
Member(s) of the Sub-Committee present: Carolyn Bennett, Wendy Lill, Maurice Vellacott.
Associate Member(s) present: Madeleine Dalphond-Guiral, Peter Adams.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108 (3) (c) Study of matters relating to the proposing, promoting, monitoring and assessing of initiatives aimed at the integration and equality of disabled persons in all sectors of Canadian Society: Eldridge Supreme Court of Canada Decision.
Henry Vlug, David Baker, Jamie MacDougall and Marcia Rioux made opening statements and answered questions.
At 4:48 p.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
