The Sub-Committee on Corrections and Conditional Release Act of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights met in camera at 9:36 a.m. this day, in Room 306, West Block, the Chair, Paul DeVillers, presiding.
Member(s) of the Sub-Committee present: Paul DeVillers, Jim Gouk, Ivan Grose, Peter MacKay, Jacques Saada, Pierrette Venne and Tom Wappel.
Other Member present: Hon. Andy Scott.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Lyne Casavant, Researcher and Philip Rosen, Senior Analyst.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), a statutory review of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act.
The Committee continued its consideration of a draft report.
At 11:25 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
