The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met at 9:11 a.m. this day, in Room 269, West Block, the Chair, Joe Fontana, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Rob Anders, Jean Augustine, Leon Benoit, John Bryden, Joe Fontana, Sophia Leung, Rick Limoges, John McKay, David Price and Andrew Telegdi.
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Margaret Young and Jay Sinha, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on all aspects of the Refugee Determination System and Illegal Migrants. (See Minutes of Proceedings of November 3, 1999, meeting No. 2)
The Committee resumed consideration of its Discussion Paper (Options for a Report).
At 11:00 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
