THURSDAY, MAY 7, 1998

The Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs met at 7:05 o’clock p.m., this day, at the Fleet Club in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Chair, Robert Bertrand, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Leon Benoit, Robert Bertrand, Hec Clouthier, Art Hanger, Judi Longfield, David Pratt and David Price.

Acting Members present: Ghislain Lebel for Pierrette Venne and Wendy Lill for Chris Axworthy.
