In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, October 22, 1998, your Committee has considered Bill C-251, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (cumulative sentences) and agreed on Wednesday, March 24, 1999, to delete the Clauses and the Title of the Bill. |
Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du jeudi 22 octobre 1998, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-251, Loi modifiant le Code criminel et la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition (peines consécutives), et a convenu, le mercredi 24 mars 1999, de supprimer les articles et le titre du projet de loi. |
