In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, October 31, 1997, your Committee has considered Bill C-16, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Interpretation Act (powers to arrest and enter dwellings), and has agreed on Wednesday, November 5, 1997, to report it with the following amendment: |
