The Standing Committee on Industry has the honour to present its	Le Comité permanent de l’industrie a l’honneur de présenter son
FOURTH REPORT	QUATRIÈME RAPPORT
In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, November 25, 1997, your Committee has considered Bill C-17, An Act to amend the Telecommunications Act and the Teleglobe Canada Reorganization and Divestiture Act, and agreed, on Thursday, December 4, 1997 to report it with the following amendments:	Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 25 novembre 1997, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-17, Loi modifiant la Loi sur les télécommunications et la Loi sur la réorganisation et l’aliénation de Téléglobe Canada, et a convenu le jeudi 4 décembre 1997 d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants :
