The Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 11:10 a.m. this day, in Room 308, West Block, the Chair, Bill Graham, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Sarkis Assadourian, Jean Augustine, Colleen Beaumier, John Cannis, Honourable Sheila Finestone, Bill Graham, Bob Mills, Bernard Patry, Jerry Pickard, Julian Reed, Benoît Sauvageau, Bob Speller, Daniel Turp.
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: James Lee; Gerald Schmitz, Research Officers.
Witness: From the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE): H.E. Giancarlo Aragona, Secretary General.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to meet with the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
H.E. Giancarlo Aragona made an opening statement and answered questions.
At 12:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
