The Order was read for the second reading and reference to the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights of Bill C-252, An Act to amend the Divorce Act (access for spouse who is terminally ill or in critical condition).

Mr. Casson (Lethbridge), seconded by Mr. Doyle (St. John's East), moved, — That the Bill be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights.

Debate arose thereon.
