M-291 Canada's harbours and ports

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should: (a) engage other levels of government and stakeholder groups to assess the impact of raw sewage on Canada's harbours and ports; (b) take all necessary steps to remove raw sewage from Canada's ports and harbours; and (c) undertake appropriate consultations and environmental assessments in support of the development and implementation of an infrastructure plan to remediate Canada's harbours and ports.
