M-82 Urban Aboriginal people

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should recognize its fiduciary responsibility to urban Aboriginal people living off-reserve and non-status Aboriginals, and take steps to establish a special committee to hear witnesses, to review and make recommendations to improve the provision and access of culturally sensitive services to Aboriginal people living in urban areas.
