M-418 Chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, federal, provincial and territorial governments should ensure that proper health care is not refused to a person on the grounds that the person is seeking, or has obtained, the treatment for chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency outside Canada, whether or not that treatment is offered in Canada.
