Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee proceeded to the election of Vice-Chairs.

On motion of Angelo Iacono, it was agreed, — That Robert Aubin be elected Second Vice-Chair of the Committee.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, May 30, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of certain provisions of the Fair Rail for Grain Farmers Act.

Fred Gaspar made a statement and, with Randall Meades, answered questions.

At 9:45 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:48 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Humphrey Banack, Jean-Marc Ruest and Fiona Cook made statements and answered questions.

At 10:52 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
