It was agreed, — That the Committee undertake a study of up to four meetings studying the issue of extremism, including racist attitudes and beliefs within the Canadian Armed Forces, the corresponding impact on Canadian Forces' recruitment, morale, operational effectiveness and reputation in the context of international peacekeeping operations, and recommend actions to combat and minimize, in a report to be presented to the House.
It was agreed, — That hospitality be offered by the Committee during its trip to Mali and Senegal from February 9 - 16, 2019 inclusive.
It was agreed, — That gifts be offered by the Committee during its trip to Mali and Senegal from February 9 – 16, 2019 inclusive.
It was agreed, — That the Committee authorize the Clerk to request the removal of any reference indicating details about the trip to Mali and Senegal and that any posting be delayed until the Committee’s return on February 17, 2019.
