Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, April 16, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the Action Plan for Official Languages 2018-23: Investing in Our Future.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:10 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the Comittee continue the consideration of the draft report in relation to its study of the Action Plan for Official Languages 2018-23: Investing in our future.

It was agreed, — That the Committee invite the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Official Languages and La Francophonie to appear before the Committee on Thursday, February 21, 2019 in relation to its study of the state of Canada's Francophonie.

ORDERED, — That the Clerk of the Committee make the necessary arrangements for working lunch in the month of February with a delegation from Sri Lanka.

At 1:04 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
