Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 7, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-262, An Act to ensure that the laws of Canada are in harmony with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Brenda Gunn and Celeste McKay made statements and answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Natan Obed made a statement and, with William David and Tim Argetsinger, answered questions.

At 5:15 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
