Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, April 4, 2019, the Committee commenced its study of the subject matter of Bill C-92, An Act respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis children, youth and families.

The Minister made a statement and, with Jean-François Tremblay, Joanne Wilkinson, Isa Gros-Louis and Laurie Sargent answered questions.

At 9:35 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:37 a.m., the sitting resumed.

At 10:13 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 10:24 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:56 a.m., the sitting resumed.

At 11:23 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
