Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 21, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

Anthony Cochlan, Barbara Byers and Val Litwin made statements and, with Elizabeth Kwan, answered questions.

At 4:26 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Gina Bahiwal and Gabriel Allahdua, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Jatinder Sidhu and Jayson Hilchie made statements and answered questions.

At 5:37 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:46 p.m., the sitting resumed.
