The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report in relation to the study of the impact of recent changes to Employment Insurance and of access to the Program.
At 4:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:18 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.
Ian MacPherson, Judith Andrew, Marie-Hélène Arruda made statements and, with Robert Jenkins, answered questions.
At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
