Pursuant to Standing Order 83.1, the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations in advance of the 2019 budget.

Morna Ballantyne, Brendan Marshall, Sarah Watts-Rynard, Michael Gullo, David Snider and Richard Rémillard made statements and, with Victoria Lennox and Victor Wong, answered questions.

At 4:57 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:04 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Keith Newman, Chris Roberts, Andrew Van Iterson, Charlotte Bell and Paul Davidson made statements and answered questions.

At 5:32 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee's routine motion on the questioning of witnesses, the first round of questions be limited to five (5) minutes each.

At 5:54 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:46 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 6:47 p.m., Hon. Wayne Easter took the Chair.
