Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, January 29, 2018, the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, and section 72 of the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Act, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

The Honorable David Eby made a statement and answered questions.

At 5:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Kyle Kemper, Dina McNeil, Ian Russell, Denis Meunier and Jeremy Clark made statements and, with Simon Parham, answered questions.

At 6:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
