At 12:11 p.m., the sitting resumed.
The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Canada's Global Engagement on Human Rights Issues, the proposed travel preliminary submission budget in the amount of $ 100,000 to $ 150,000, for the Subcommittee on International Human Rights travel to Geneva, Switzerland, in the Winter-Spring 2018, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Canada's Global Engagement on Human Rights Issues, the proposed travel preliminary submission budget in the amount of $ 50,000 to $ 100,000, for the Subcommittee on International Human Rights travel to New York, United States, in the Winter-Spring 2018, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study on Asia, the travel preliminary submission budget in the amount of $ 150,000 to $ 200,000, for the Committee’s travel to Japan, Philippines and South Korea in the Winter-Spring 2018, be adopted.
At 12:42 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
