Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the situations in Somalia, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Fredrick Wangabo Mwenengabo and Marc Kapenda made statements and answered questions.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:45 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Julienne Lusenge, by teleconference from Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Yvette Yende-Ashiri made statements and answered questions.

At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
