Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Privacy Act.

Brenda McPhail, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Thomas Keenan, Ken Rubin and Tamir Israel made statements and answered questions.

At 12:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:49 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 12:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
