EVIDENCE

[English]

I want to thank everybody for coming to our session.
Sorry, I just saw the lights flash.
We started before the bells. We need unanimous consent to continue. I was trying to get things started with a reduced quorum, which we are able to do, to receive testimony. All of the members were supposed to come down here. They're obviously not all here, but now we have a vote. Even though we were able to start the meeting, we won't be able to continue it. My apologies.
What we're going to have to do, essentially, is cancel the meeting and look at rescheduling it to have the commissioner back. I had hoped to at least receive the opening statements, and then have others back so we could get into the questions and answers later.
It's very unfortunate that everybody is here, and so I do apologize for having eaten up everybody's afternoon.
I guess we ring out. The meeting is adjourned.
