Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee commenced consideration of the subject matter of Bill C-91, An Act respecting Indigenous languages.

The Minister made a statement and, with Hélène Laurendeau and Stephen Gagnon, answered questions.

At 4:32 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:39 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 5:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:00 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Clément Chartier, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made a statement and answered questions.
