STATUTORY ORDER |
| February 6, 2007 — Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada) — 1. That pursuant to subsection 83.32(1) of the Criminal Code, the application of sections 83.28, 83.29 and 83.3 of that Act by extended for a period of three years from the first day on which this resolution is passed by both Houses of Parliament. |
| 2. That this Resolution come into force on the day on which it has been passed by both Houses of Parliament. |
| Motion to be considered -- not later than the 15th sitting day of Parliament after December 31, 2006, pursuant to subsection 83.32(1) of the Criminal Code. |
| Not subject to amendment, pursuant to subsection 83.32(3) of the Criminal Code. |
| All questions necessary to dispose of the motion to be put immediately at the conclusion of the debate, pursuant to subsection 83.32(3) of the Criminal Code. |
