Mr. Williams (St. Albert) , from the Standing Committee on Public Accounts, presented the 14th Report of the Committee (Chapter 1 of the April 2002 Report of the Auditor General of Canada — Placing the Public's Money Beyond Parliament's Reach). — Sessional Paper No. 8510-372-77.

Pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee requested that the government table a comprehensive response.

Government Orders

The Order was read for the third reading of Bill C-28, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 18, 2003.
