And of the amendment of Mr. Hubbard (Miramichi), seconded by Mr. Wilfert (Oak Ridges), -- That the motion be amended by deleting all the words after the words ``immediate action to'' and substituting the following:

    ``review Employment Insurance benefits for seasonal workers.'';

And of the sub-amendment of Mrs. Dockrill (Bras D'Or -- Cape Breton), seconded by Mr. Martin (Winnipeg Centre), -- That the amendment be amended by adding after the word ``review'' the following:

    ``in country-wide public hearings''.
