M-153 Creation of an Independent Drug Agency

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should create an arm's length Independent Drug Agency similar to the Transportation Safety Board and Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, to be responsible for making and keeping Canadians safe when using prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and for reducing injuries and deaths caused by or related to their use.
