Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should take immediate action to ensure that stable funding be provided to qualifying organizations through the Skills Link Program without delays or gaps in funding from one year to the next by issuing annual renewal notices in a timely manner in order to ensure continuous services to youth and the retention of staff.
