M-4 Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and Atomic Energy of Canada Limited

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, it is a conflict of interest to have both the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and Atomic Energy of Canada Limited reporting to the Minister of Natural Resources, and the government should change the designation of the Minister under Nuclear Safety and Control Act to that of the Minister of the Environment.
