Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5), the committee resumed consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2022-23: Vote 1b under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Vote 5b under National Capital Commission, Vote 1b under Privy Council Office, Vote 1b under Shared Services Canada, Votes 1b, 10b, 15b, 20b and 25b under Treasury Board Secretariat, referred to the committee on Thursday, November 17, 2022.

Yves Giroux made a statement and, with Kaitlyn Vanderwees, answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of its study of travel expenditures related to the Office of the Governor General's Secretary since 2014, and pursuant to the order adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 6, 2022, the committee send for financial reports for the following periods of time:

-Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 to Tuesday, March 31, 2015 (David Johnston);

- Monday, April 1st, 2019 to Tuesday, March 31, 2020 (Julie Payette);

- Monday, July 26, 2021 to Monday, July 25, 2022 (Mary Simon).

ORDERED, — That, in the context of the study of the ArriveCAN application, the draft letter be approved and that the Chair send it to the Canadian Border Service Agency.

At 5:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
