At 4:37 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:41 p.m., the sitting resumed.

George Rose and Ryan Cleary made statements and, with Mervin Wiseman, answered questions.

At 5:33 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
